Our support packages are as listed below. A 200 sqm exhibition area is available. Exhibition and coffee/lunch breaks will take place in Hall D and the scientific sessions will be in Hall C. Exhibition space is offered on a first-come, first served basis and the organizers reserve the right to make changes to the floor plan.
* Platinum company stands alone for organizing the satellite symposium. The hall for scientific program will be available during the lunch break. The company is responsible for promoting this session and for inviting the participants.
** Bag (max. one sponsor): The sponsor will cover all costs associated with the bags and they must be provided to all congress participants. The bags must be delivered to the venue desk before the conference opening.
*** Badges & lanyards (max. one sponsor): The sponsor will cover all costs associated with printing the badges and lanyards and they must be delivered to the venue desk before congress opening.
**** Best Student Presentation Price participation will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority for Platinum package-sponsor.
